The year 2000 British Chess Championships was played at Millfield school in Street, Somerset and is sponsored by Smith & Williamson. This is the Tournement website and included daily live coverage - the final games can be seen and downloaded in the live section. Other areas include reports from John Henderson, the tournament games, results and standings not to mention acknowledgments for all the staff who worked hard to make this year's British a great success.
