Russian Championships Super Final 2011

The Russian Chess Championship super-final took place in Moscow. Vladimir Kramnik, Alexander Morozevich, Sergey Karjakin, Alexander Grischuk, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Peter Svidler, Artyom Timofeev and Alexander Galkin made this an elite field. Peter Svidler captured his 6th title with a round to spare after defeating Ian Nepomniachtichi combined with Kramnik's draw against Morozevich. Morozevich took clear second place by defeating the champion Svidler in the final round.
