Malcolm Pein gives the starter problem for the 2010-11 Winton Capital British Chess Solving Championship. He also looks at another game from the Karpov tournament in Poikovsky.
The 2010-11 Winton Capital British Chess Solving Championship begins again with the Starter Problem below. White, playing up the board, is to play and force mate in two moves against any Black defence.
